Conventional and Organic Hulling and Shelling

Almond processing of both conventional and organic almonds with strategically selected equipment across multiple manufacturers. 12 to 14 stages of hulling and shelling in addition to multiple inshell and kernel recapture systems. 

Dual Scales at Both Sites

Both Cortina - Williams and Dunnigan Hills - Woodland are now equipped with 2 bi-directional scales. At the switch of button the scales can switch from dual incoming to dual outgoing or any combination in between. 

On Site Stockpiling

Over 100 acres of combined on site stockpile storage available.  Additional Tarping, fuming and continuous thermal monitoring provided at no additional cost. We want to ensure peace of mind while your product is in our hands. 

Optical Sorting

Processor level sorting equipment at the hulling and shelling level. Utilizing the latest optical sorting equipment and technology, we are able to help you achieve any potential quality bonus incentives your handler may be offering. 

Traceability

 From the orchard to your handler of choice every step, every pound along the way is meticulously tracked and documented beyond regulatory compliance. We want our customers rest assured every almond pound they have delivered has been accounted for.  

Online Reporting and Real Time Notifications
